CITY OF RUSHFORD VILLAGE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Public that on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the City of Rushford Village’s City Council will hold a public hearing submitted by Farmers Win Coop Development for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). This CUP is to allow an agricultural warehousing and distribution facility and placement of fill within the floodplain at the property immediately west of 45004 State Highway 43 at Parcel ID: 050166040
This public hearing will take place at a special meeting of the City Council which will be held at the City of Rushford Village City Hall at 43038 State Highway 30, Rushford Village. This meeting begins at 6:45 p.m.
