Blowing Grass/Debris onto City Streets/Roads

Blowing grass or other debris onto City streets/roads is prohibited.  This can be dangerous to bike and motorcycle riders.  It can also stick to vehicle tires that is then tracked into garages which is upsetting to the resident.  Thank you for your cooperation.
